Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets in the Bali region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with hospital stakeholders, including doctors, nurses, procurement teams, and insurance providers.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a sales team to ensure high performance, target achievement, and professional growth.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities, trends, and competitive insights in the healthcare sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, logistics) to ensure seamless delivery of medical solutions and services.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with hospitals and corporate clients to secure long-term partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, medical advancements, and market demands to align sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in medical/pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the healthcare or B2B sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to engage with high-level stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of hospital operations, procurement processes, and healthcare regulations in Indonesia.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop data-driven sales strategies.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional local language skills (e.g., Balinese) are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
