Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of community eye care programs to improve accessibility and quality of ocular health services in Bali.
- Design and implement new care models that enhance patient outcomes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with local healthcare providers, NGOs, and government agencies to expand reach and impact.
- Oversee the integration of clinical services with regional health systems to ensure seamless patient care pathways.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance using data-driven metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational and population health goals.
- Mentor and lead a multidisciplinary team of clinical and administrative staff to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Advocate for eye health awareness through public education campaigns and community outreach initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with local and international clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Ophthalmology, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in clinical services management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within eye care or healthcare.
- Proven track record in program development, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong understanding of population health strategies, healthcare integration, and service delivery models.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work in multicultural environments and adapt to dynamic healthcare landscapes.
- Certification in healthcare quality management or clinical leadership is advantageous.
