Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of senior nurses and doctors, ensuring adherence to hospital protocols and standards.
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Assist in emergency response and critical care situations, including wound management, IV therapy, and post-operative care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients across various departments.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care to promote recovery and well-being.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic work environment by following infection control policies and sterilization procedures.
- Participate in training programs, workshops, and continuous professional development to stay updated with medical best practices.
- Support administrative tasks, including patient admissions, discharges, and inventory management of medical supplies.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing from a recognized institution; Enrolled Nurses must hold valid certification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or healthcare setting (fresh graduates with strong fundamentals may be considered).
- Registration with the Indonesian Nursing Council (PPNI) or equivalent licensing body (for local candidates).
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are a plus for diverse patient interactions.

- Familiarity with EHR systems and basic medical equipment (e.g., monitors, infusion pumps).
