Responsibility
- Dispense and verify medications in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient therapy.
- Provide clinical pharmacy services, including medication reviews and patient counseling.
- Monitor and manage drug inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing wastage.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and ethical standards in pharmacy practice.
- Educate patients and healthcare staff on proper medication use, side effects, and interactions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and pharmacy documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or equivalent; licensed to practice as a pharmacist in Indonesia (or eligible for registration).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, and clinical guidelines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with hospital pharmacy software and inventory management systems.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with medical advancements.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
