Responsibility
- Accurately pick and pack orders from inventory based on work orders or digital scanning systems.
- Verify product quantities, labels, and packaging to ensure order accuracy and quality control.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in inventory counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counting as needed.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for handling, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, packing lists, and basic documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 25 kg, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Basic computer skills (e.g., scanning systems, inventory software) are a plus.
- Team player with excellent communication and time-management skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- No formal education required—on-the-job training provided.
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
