Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations, including production, logistics, and rigging activities, to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and KPIs to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety.
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships to optimize resource allocation and reduce costs.
- Lead, mentor, and train a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, industry standards, and company protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, engineering, finance) to align operational goals with business objectives.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze operational data, and present actionable insights to senior management.
- Drive process automation and digital transformation initiatives to streamline workflows and improve scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or rigging industries.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ employees in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain optimization, inventory management, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Office, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations in industrial settings.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing priorities, and travel as needed.
