Responsibility

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and ensure supply chain efficiency.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier identification, RFQ/RFP preparation, and contract negotiations.
  • Evaluate supplier performance, conduct market research, and maintain strong vendor relationships to secure favorable terms.
  • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Analyze procurement data using Excel or other tools to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sourcing standards.
  • Prepare reports on procurement activities, spend analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, and quality assurance, to align procurement goals with business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to secure favorable terms and contracts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, and data analysis).
  • Familiarity with procurement software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while managing multiple priorities.
