Responsibility
- Assemble and install semiconductor machinery components according to technical specifications and blueprints.
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Conduct quality inspections and functional tests on assembled machinery to meet industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical or electrical issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and enhance efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly procedures, test results, and maintenance activities.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on the latest semiconductor technologies and assembly techniques.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in assembly, maintenance, or repair of precision machinery, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
