Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards and industry best practices.
- Lead and oversee quality control inspections, audits, and testing procedures to ensure product and service compliance.
- Identify root causes of quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics (e.g., defect rates, customer complaints) and prepare reports for senior management.
- Train and mentor staff on quality standards, procedures, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Ensure adherence to local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., safety, environmental, and industry-specific standards).
- Drive a culture of quality awareness and accountability across all levels of the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management within manufacturing, transport, or logistics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or other relevant quality standards.
- Proven experience with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 5S, Kaizen, FMEA, SPC).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, QMS software, and data analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
