Responsibility
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for high-volume hiring needs across multiple roles.
- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in a competitive market.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, from job postings to offer negotiations.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and improve hiring efficiency.
- Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and CRM tools to track candidate pipelines and metrics.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Organize and participate in job fairs, career events, and campus recruitment drives.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience while maintaining compliance with hiring policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in volume recruitment, preferably in BPO, customer service, or sales industries.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, ATS).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in tracking and analyzing recruitment KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire).
- Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and hiring regulations is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
