Responsibility
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute HR documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and internal communications.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff, including scheduling and logistics.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration under supervision.
- Conduct HR compliance checks to ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Participate in team meetings and HR projects, contributing ideas for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with HR software is advantageous.
- High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR or administrative roles is a plus.
