Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring top-tier talent acquisition.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks aligned with Indonesian labor laws.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance evaluations to foster a positive workplace.
- Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management for accuracy and efficiency.
- Coordinate general affairs, including office administration, vendor management, and facility operations.
- Act as a bridge between management and staff, facilitating clear communication and cultural integration.
- Design and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and organizational capabilities.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in HR management, with expertise in the full HR lifecycle.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for cross-cultural collaboration.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Experience in a consulting or multinational environment is a plus.
