Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the company attracts and hires top talent.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment by ensuring compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory capacity in HR.
- Extensive knowledge of all facets of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing HR teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
