Based in the vibrant regions of Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, you will support our BPO operations with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and HR best practices. Responsibility
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling, ensuring a fair and inclusive workplace.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs to boost morale, productivity, and retention.
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
- Drive HR projects and initiatives, such as onboarding improvements, training programs, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend actionable insights to leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies, mitigating risks and fostering a compliant work environment.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to attract and retain top talent, aligning hiring strategies with business needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, preferably in a BPO or tech-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to handle employee relations issues with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in performance management, talent development, and HR analytics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
