Responsibility
- Lead the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent for various roles within the Food and Beverages industry.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and career development planning.
- Implement and maintain HR systems and processes to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Promote a strong company culture that reflects our values and enhances employee engagement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the Food and Beverages industry.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Experience with HR systems and software, including payroll and recruitment tools.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
