Responsibility
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and drive organizational success.
- Develop and execute talent management programs, including succession planning, performance management, and career development.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, fostering a positive workplace culture and resolving complex HR issues.
- Drive workforce planning and analytics to optimize staffing levels and enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives to build an inclusive and high-performing workforce.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership development, conflict resolution, and team dynamics.
- Monitor HR metrics and KPIs, presenting insights to stakeholders to inform data-driven decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Masterâs degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a Business Partner or strategic HR role.
- Proven track record of partnering with senior leadership to deliver HR solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, labor relations, and HR compliance in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze HR data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Experience in change management, organizational design, and cultural transformation.
- High emotional intelligence, with the ability to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
