Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and employee records in accordance with company and legal requirements.
- Coordinate office operations, including facility management, vendor relations, and administrative tasks.
- Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries, benefits, and workplace policies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company growth and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, payroll, or recruitment, preferably in a tech or multinational company.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and payroll regulations; familiarity with SEA markets is a plus.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software; experience with recruitment tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional Southeast Asian languages are a bonus.
- Proactive, adaptable, and passionate about HR and people development.
