Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs for retail staff, including onboarding, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Assess training needs through performance gap analysis and collaborate with store managers to tailor solutions.
- Lead train-the-trainer initiatives to empower senior staff to mentor and coach new hires effectively.
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting programs as needed.
- Ensure all training materials and methodologies align with brand standards, luxury retail trends, and local market nuances.
- Facilitate workshops, role-playing sessions, and e-learning modules to enhance employee engagement and skill retention.
- Partner with HR to integrate training with career development paths and succession planning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends by attending luxury retail conferences, networking events, and vendor training.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in luxury retail or hospitality.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a fast-paced, high-end environment.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills in English; multilingual abilities (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and performance consulting.
- Proficiency in LMS (Learning Management Systems), e-learning tools, and data analytics to measure training ROI.
- Ability to travel across Bali locations as needed to support in-store training initiatives.
