Responsibility
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and company standards.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Manage employee relations, addressing concerns and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Oversee performance management systems, including appraisals, feedback sessions, and development plans.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitive and equitable practices.
- Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management review.
- Collaborate with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
