Responsibility
- Design and develop innovative learning experiences, including e-learning modules, microlearning, and blended learning programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create engaging, measurable content.
- Utilize instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe Captivate) to produce high-quality learning materials.
- Incorporate multimedia elements (videos, animations, gamification) to enhance learner engagement and retention.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluations to ensure learning solutions align with business goals and learner needs.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in learning technologies, adult learning theories, and digital education.
- Work closely with HR and L&D teams to implement and refine training programs across various departments.
- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of learning initiatives, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in learning experience design, instructional design, or corporate training.
- Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia).
- Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovative learning solutions and user-centered design.
- Experience with gamification, microlearning, or adaptive learning is a plus.
- Familiarity with SEO and content optimization for digital learning is advantageous.
