Responsibility
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and offboarding procedures for new and departing employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Coordinate HR-related events, training sessions, and team-building activities.
- Assist in the preparation of HR reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
- Help manage employee benefits programs and address basic HR inquiries.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with HR software or tools.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive employee information.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices is a plus.
- Previous internship or work experience in HR or a related field is advantageous.
