As an HR Generalist, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and compliance. You will work closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business goals while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Responsibility
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll processes in compliance with local labor laws.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Conduct training and development programs to upskill employees and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Ensure compliance with all labor regulations and maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related challenges and support organizational growth.
- Organize company events and team-building activities to promote a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and payroll software; experience with recruitment tools is a plus.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
