Responsibility
- Oversee and execute HR and General Affairs (GA) programs, ensuring alignment with company objectives and compliance with local labor laws.
- Monitor, control, and evaluate the effectiveness of HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee development.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Manage administrative functions such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and workplace facilities to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify HR needs and provide solutions for talent acquisition, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and policies to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Prepare and present HR reports and analytics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, with experience ensuring compliance in HR practices.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing HR programs, including recruitment, training, and employee development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience working in Bali or a multicultural environment is highly desirable.
