Responsibility
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on talent acquisition, retention, and development.
- Talent Management: Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the attraction of top-tier talent.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by managing employee engagement, conflict resolution, and performance improvement initiatives.
- Policy & Compliance: Ensure adherence to local labor laws, company policies, and best practices in HR governance.
- Compensation & Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation packages, benefits programs, and incentive structures.
- Training & Development: Identify skill gaps and create L&D programs to upskill employees and support career growth.
- HR Analytics: Leverage data-driven insights to optimize HR processes, workforce planning, and decision-making.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with organizational vision and objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: Minimum 7+ years in HR management, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
- HR Expertise: Deep knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead and mentor HR teams while driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with local labor laws in Indonesia and experience in multinational or diverse work environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset with the ability to address complex HR challenges strategically.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other HR software tools (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, SAP).
- Cultural Fit: Adaptability to a fast-paced, international work culture with a focus on innovation and employee well-being.
