Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a steady pipeline of top-tier talent for our restaurants.
- Oversee HR compliance with Indonesian labor laws, including payroll, contracts, and workplace safety, mitigating legal risks.
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills, performance, and career progression.
- Manage daily HR operations, including attendance tracking, leave management, and employee records, with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Foster a positive workplace culture by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals, ensuring workforce readiness for expansion and seasonal demands.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to support employee growth and retention.
- Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, hiring costs) to identify trends and recommend data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations, including BPJS, PKWT/PKWTT, and tax compliance.
- Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, employer branding, and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS software (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
