As a Recruitment Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the talent landscape of our organization. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to balance remote work with in-office collaboration in some of Bali’s most exciting locations, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles across industries.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Enhance the candidate experience by providing timely feedback, clear communication, and a seamless hiring process.
- Track and report key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a hybrid work setting.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Certifications in recruitment (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) or talent acquisition are a plus.
