Responsibility
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies (RBA compliance).
- Oversee payroll administration, benefits management, and employee compensation programs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to enhance employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to align HR practices with business goals and organizational growth.
- Conduct training and development programs to upskill employees and foster career progression.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in recruitment, payroll management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus.
