Responsibility
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate suitability.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with labor laws and hiring regulations in Indonesia.
- Passion for building relationships and a commitment to delivering high-quality hiring solutions.
