Responsibility
- Develop and execute a comprehensive learning and development strategy aligned with TTEC’s global business objectives.
- Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs for employees at all levels, ensuring scalability and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and create targeted development initiatives.
- Leverage data analytics to measure the impact of learning programs and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage a team of learning professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Oversee the implementation of learning technologies and platforms to enhance the employee learning experience.
- Partner with senior leadership to integrate learning and development into broader talent management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in training and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in learning and development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs in a global or multi-site environment.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, and e-learning technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Certification in L&D (e.g., ATD, CIPD) is a plus.
