Responsibility
- Accurately process card applications and verify data for completeness and correctness.
- Adhere to strict deadlines and ensure timely submission of all processed documents.
- Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and quality.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks and support team operations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive data in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Utilize data processing software and tools to manage and track application statuses.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in administration or data processing are a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic data processing tools.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with SOPs and compliance requirements is highly desirable.
