Responsibility

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, providing a warm and professional welcome at the front desk.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, contracts, and attendance logs, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and facilitating onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Organize and maintain office supplies, ensuring the front desk and common areas are well-stocked and presentable.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff as needed.
  • Support the HR team with ad-hoc tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
  • Ensure the office environment is clean, organized, and conducive to productivity, liaising with cleaning and maintenance staff when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, such as HR administration, front desk reception, or office support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HR software or databases is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
