Responsibility
- Assist pharmacists in dispensing prescription medications accurately and efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service, including handling inquiries and processing orders
- Manage inventory by restocking shelves, monitoring expiration dates, and placing orders
- Process cash and digital payments while maintaining accurate transaction records
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy workspace
- Support promotional activities and health awareness campaigns
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reporting
- Adhere to all healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
Qualifications
- Minimum high school diploma; vocational training in pharmacy or healthcare is a plus
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or pharmacy settings preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic computer literacy (POS systems, inventory software)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
