Responsibility
- Provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting, including assessments, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Administer medications, vaccinations, and other medical interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist in minor medical procedures and ensure adherence to sterilization and infection control protocols.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health systems.
- Educate patients and families on health promotion, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Collaborate with doctors, specialists, and healthcare staff to deliver coordinated patient care.
- Monitor and respond to emergency situations with composure and efficiency.
- Participate in health outreach programs and community wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility.
- Valid nursing license (local or international, with eligibility to practice in Indonesia).
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patients and teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic medical equipment and digital health record systems.
- Fluency in English (additional Indonesian language skills are a plus).
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous learning.
