Responsibility
- Manage the front desk, including greeting patients, answering phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
- Handle billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain and update patient records, both digital and physical, in compliance with clinic policies.
- Coordinate with medical staff to facilitate patient investigations and procedures.
- Assist the doctor with administrative tasks, such as preparing medical reports and managing correspondence.
- Ensure the clinic environment is clean, organized, and welcoming for patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Support the clinic team with various tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of the clinic.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
