Responsibility
- Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety at all times.
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behavior to the nursing team.
- Support residents with meals, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized living environment for residents.
- Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties as needed.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Follow care plans and documentation procedures accurately.
Qualifications
- Certification as a Nursing Aide or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or elderly care setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work compassionately and patiently with residents.
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and daily tasks.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and care procedures.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to maintaining resident confidentiality and dignity.
