Responsibility
- Act as a primary advocate for members, ensuring they receive timely and appropriate medical care.
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and internal teams to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Address member inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor and follow up on member cases to ensure continuity of care and adherence to treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of member interactions, treatments, and outcomes.
- Educate members on available healthcare services, benefits, and resources.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on healthcare trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in patient care, healthcare coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, healthcare processes, and insurance protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
