Responsibility
- Provide virtual patient assessments and triage services with accuracy and empathy.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient interactions, medical histories, and treatment plans in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and preventive care.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, protocols, and ethical standards.
- Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in all patient interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid PHRN or USRN license (mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience (preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Proficiency in EHR systems and telehealth platforms.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
