Responsibility
- Dispense prescription medications accurately while verifying patient information and potential drug interactions
- Provide professional consultation to patients regarding medication usage, side effects, and proper storage
- Maintain accurate patient records and inventory management in compliance with Indonesian pharmaceutical regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient treatment plans and medication therapy
- Oversee pharmacy operations including staff supervision, workflow optimization, and quality control
- Conduct regular audits of medication stock and implement proper storage procedures
- Educate patients on proper medication administration and lifestyle modifications
- Stay current with pharmaceutical advancements and participate in continuing education programs
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
- Valid Indonesian Pharmacist License (Apoteker)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail or hospital pharmacy settings
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical regulations in Indonesia
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in pharmacy management software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
