Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound dressing, and medication administration under physician supervision.
- Assist in minor medical procedures, vaccinations, and diagnostic tests while adhering to clinical protocols.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records using electronic health systems.
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
- Ensure clinic hygiene and sterility by managing medical supplies, equipment, and infection control practices.
- Collaborate with doctors and healthcare staff to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
- Handle emergency situations with composure, providing first aid or stabilizing patients as needed.
- Participate in health outreach programs and community initiatives to promote wellness.
Qualifications
- Valid Nursing License (Philippine or internationally recognized; eligibility for Indonesian work permit is a plus).
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or emergency care setting.
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles, medical terminology, and patient care techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, with adaptability to changing priorities.
- Certification in BLS (Basic Life Support) or ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure in fast-paced environments.
- Familiarity with EHR (Electronic Health Records) systems and basic computer literacy.
