Responsibility
- Oversee daily production operations to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality medical products while adhering to industry regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement efficient production schedules, optimizing resource allocation to meet demand and minimize downtime.
- Lead, mentor, and train production teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability.
- Monitor and enforce strict quality control measures to comply with healthcare and medical manufacturing guidelines (e.g., ISO, GMP).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, logistics, and procurement, to streamline processes and reduce operational costs.
- Analyze production data and KPIs to identify bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions for enhanced productivity.
- Ensure workplace safety by enforcing protocols and conducting regular audits in alignment with local and international standards.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies or methodologies to improve production efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the healthcare, medical devices, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of managing production teams, budgets, and timelines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of quality management systems (QMS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ISO standards.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in production planning software (e.g., ERP, MES) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is advantageous.
