Responsibility
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, or cardiopulmonary conditions through evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
- Develop and implement personalized rehabilitation programs to enhance patient mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure holistic patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on injury prevention, home exercises, and long-term health management.
- Conduct group therapy sessions and wellness workshops for community outreach programs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy through continuous professional development.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethical standards, and Woodlands Healthās policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās or Masterās degree in Physiotherapy from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience as a Physiotherapist, with at least 2 years in a senior or supervisory role.
- Valid physiotherapy license or registration in Indonesia (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proven expertise in musculoskeletal, neurological, or sports physiotherapy.
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills to develop effective treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Experience working in a multicultural or international healthcare setting is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or other languages is advantageous.
