Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Conduct routine check-ups and health screenings to promote preventive healthcare.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies.
- Participate in clinical meetings and case discussions to enhance medical knowledge.
- Educate patients on health management, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications.
- Assist in emergency medical situations and provide immediate care as needed.
- Engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Valid medical license to practice in Indonesia or Malaysia.
- Proven experience in general practice or residency, preferably in a clinical setting.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills with a patient-centered approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to ethical medical practices and continuous learning.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia or Malay is a plus.
