Responsibility
- Provide technical support and training to healthcare professionals on the use of ultrasound equipment.
- Ensure the proper installation, calibration, and maintenance of ultrasound machines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ultrasound systems.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to demonstrate product features and benefits to potential clients.
- Develop and deliver training programs for medical staff to enhance their proficiency in ultrasound technology.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in ultrasound technology and share insights with the team.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment performance, service history, and user feedback.
- Assist in the planning and execution of product launches and promotional events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Radiology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Ultrasound Applications Specialist or in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of ultrasound technology, equipment, and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to travel within Bali and provide on-site support as needed.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with medical imaging software and hardware.
- Certification in ultrasound technology or related field is a plus.
