Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage daily Delivery Orders (DO) with precision, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission.
- Liaise with the Sales team to verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse staff to prevent stockouts or delays.
- Optimize logistics routes to reduce costs and improve delivery efficiency.
- Maintain records of shipments, deliveries, and inventory transactions in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams to streamline operations.
- Prepare reports on logistics performance, including delivery times, costs, and potential improvements.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and quality standards in all logistics processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related field, preferably in food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of delivery order management and inventory control systems.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and logistics software (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot logistics-related issues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
