Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate procurement activities, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor negotiations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective material deliveries.
- Monitor inventory levels and work closely with the warehouse team to avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and evaluate existing ones for cost, quality, and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and align procurement strategies with business objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance for reporting and analysis.
- Resolve any procurement-related issues or discrepancies in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices in procurement.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Indonesian) are a plus.
