Responsibility
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems, machinery, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with the Production team to implement and monitor the Preventive Maintenance Program, reducing downtime and improving efficiency.
- Diagnose electrical faults, troubleshoot issues, and execute repairs in a timely manner to minimize disruptions.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical components, including motors, control panels, wiring, and automation systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment and systems.
- Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and production staff as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational certification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, PLCs, and automation technologies.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot electrical issues.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and predictive maintenance techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in electrical safety and compliance standards is a plus.
