Responsibility
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance, to ensure compliance with brand and company standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction, occupancy rates, and revenue growth.
- Lead, mentor, and train staff to maintain high service standards and foster a positive work culture.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to maximize profitability.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations in accordance with local and international hospitality guidelines.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a reputation for exceptional service.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel and attract new business opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative practices to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing luxury or upscale properties with a focus on guest satisfaction and team leadership.
- Strong knowledge of hotel management software (PMS, POS) and financial reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- In-depth understanding of international hospitality standards, including ISO, Forbes Travel Guide, or similar certifications.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Indonesian citizenship or valid work permit for Bali.
