Responsibility
- Deliver personalized service: Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations with tailored recommendations for local experiences, dining, and amenities.
- Manage guest interactions: Handle check-ins, check-outs, and special requests with efficiency, warmth, and professionalism.
- Resolve concerns proactively: Address guest issues with empathy and swift solutions, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with teams: Work closely with housekeeping, F&B, and concierge to ensure seamless, high-quality service.
- Uphold brand standards: Maintain Marriottâs service excellence, grooming, and operational protocols at all times.
- Promote local culture: Share insights about Baliâs traditions, hidden gems, and Marriottâs exclusive offerings to enrich guest stays.
- Leverage technology: Utilize property management systems (PMS) and CRM tools to track preferences and enhance personalization.
- Drive upsell opportunities: Identify and suggest upgrades, packages, or experiences to elevate guest satisfaction and revenue.
Qualifications
- Proven experience: Minimum 2 years in guest services, front desk, or luxury hospitality (preferably in resorts or 5-star hotels).
- Exceptional communication: Fluent English (written and verbal); additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a plus.
- Customer-centric mindset: Passion for creating memorable experiences with a natural ability to connect with diverse guests.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to think on your feet and turn challenges into positive outcomes.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in PMS (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds) and Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Cultural awareness: Deep appreciation for Balinese culture and ability to share it authentically with guests.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related fields preferred.
