Responsibility
- Prepare and cook Korean dishes according to authentic recipes and standards.
- Assist the head chef in meal preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Monitor food inventory and assist in stock management.
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations during peak hours.
- Adapt to menu changes and special requests from customers.
- Contribute to a positive and efficient kitchen environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a professional kitchen (preferably in Asian or Korean cuisine).
- Basic knowledge of Korean cooking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Commitment to food safety and hygiene practices.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and methods.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
- Fluent in English or Indonesian (Korean language skills are a plus).
