Your responsibilities will include transporting staff and guests to and from designated locations, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and performing routine checks to ensure operational readiness. Responsibility
- Safely transport employees and guests to and from designated locations in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and mechanical soundness.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance logs.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage or personal belongings when necessary.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and local regulations while operating the vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a courteous and helpful demeanor at all times.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or incidents to the management immediately.
- Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies (e.g., water, tissues).
Qualifications
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
- Familiarity with Bali’s roads, traffic patterns, and key locations (e.g., Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran).
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit to assist with luggage or other tasks as needed.
